Nimma Investments & Development is led by Sushrhth Mehan, a real estate developer and trained lawyer admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor by the Law Society of Ontario. His legal and commercial experience provides a distinctive perspective on acquisitions, asset repositioning and development.
Over the course of his career, Sushrhth has managed approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial and residential real estate, including 13 residential buildings, and has constructed 175,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use space serving 128 tenants. Earlier in his career, he managed real estate assets within a portfolio valued at approximately $125 million. Across projects in which he held an active management role, he contributed to securing $46 million in conventional financing.
Sushrhth remains personally involved throughout every stage of a project—from government liaison and planning approvals to financing, budgeting and the coordination of construction managers and consultants. This hands-on approach helps ensure that each project is executed with discipline, accountability and a clear long-term vision.
